Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 28, 2026

At LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC, we take pride in the quality of our crafting supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened (with original factory seals intact), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To maintain the quality and integrity of our craft supplies, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Digital Products: Downloadable embroidery patterns (PDF/Digital) are non-refundable once the file has been sent or accessed.

  • Cut-to-Order Fabrics: Any fabrics sold by the yard or as custom precuts (Aida, Evenweave, Linen, etc.) are final sale.

  • Embroidery Floss & Threads: Individual skeins or packs of embroidery floss (DMC, etc.) cannot be returned due to the risk of tangling or contamination.

  • Opened Kits: Embroidery, bead, or mixed media kits where the original factory seal or packaging has been broken.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Items purchased during a clearance sale or via gift cards are final sale.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@lacrafts.shop if the item is defective, damaged, missing essential components (threads, beads, needles), or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at info@lacrafts.shop.

  • Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • For "Change of Mind" Returns: The customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and ensuring the item arrives safely. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lacrafts.shop.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
