At LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC, we strive to deliver your crafting supplies as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship both within the United States and to international destinations.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

You will receive a notification via email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer several shipping options to ensure your kits and supplies arrive on time.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (check our website banner for current promotions).
3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide (including Europe, Canada, and Australia).

Delivery Estimates: International shipping typically takes 10 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Digital Products
No Shipping Required: Digital embroidery patterns (PDF/Digital formats) are delivered via email or a direct download link immediately after the purchase is confirmed. No physical shipping fees apply to digital products.
