Shipping Policy

At LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC, we strive to deliver your crafting supplies as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship directly within the United States and to international destinations including Canada and the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, PST, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • You will receive a notification via email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several standard and expedited shipping options at checkout via USPS:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3 to 7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

  • Free Shipping Promotion: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75.00. For orders under $75.00, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout.

3. International Shipping (Canada & United Kingdom)

Orders shipped to international destinations are dispatched directly from our primary European fulfillment facility to ensure standard transit times:

  • Canada: Standard International Shipping — $15.00 USD (Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days).

  • United Kingdom: Standard International Shipping — $16.99 USD (Estimated delivery: 5 to 8 business days).

  • Other International Destinations: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your official tracking number(s). Tracking details will update within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during carrier transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the carrier to file a claim.

8. Digital Products

No Shipping Required: Digital embroidery patterns (PDF/Digital formats) are delivered via email or instant download link immediately after purchase confirmation. No physical shipping charges apply.
