• Color Accuracy: Note that product appearance may differ depending on your monitor settings and device configuration.

• California Proposition 65: In accordance with California law, we provide notice that certain products (such as specific needles, metallic components, or dyed fabrics) may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge this warning.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until confirmed by us via email. SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For customers in the USA, title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing for international orders, or events outside our control.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (Copyright & Designs) Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, embroidery designs, images, graphics, and the arrangement thereof, are owned by LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: Purchasing an embroidery kit or digital pattern grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create the design for personal use only.

• Prohibited Reproduction: Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial resale of our patterns, charts, or instructions (physical or digital) is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

SECTION 6 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Digital Embroidery Patterns (PDF/Saga/Digital formats) are final once the download link has been sent or accessed. No refunds or exchanges are permitted for digital products under any circumstances.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY LA CRAFTING CORNER LLC is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and us, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with our store.
