Bead embroidery kit for a fluffy white sheep bag charm on faux leather, to clip onto a handbag, backpack or keys. The sheep has a scalloped fleece dotted with pearls, a brown face with a curly white forelock and rosy beaded cheeks, and two little dangling cord legs. Wonderland Crafts FLBB-197 comes with the fleece, face and forelock cut to shape and the holes already punched, so every bead goes into a fixed place. There is no fabric, no hoop and nothing to frame.

Project notes
Most of the charm comes from layering. The brown face and white forelock sit on top of the scalloped fleece, a stitched outline frames the face, and pearls in several sizes are scattered over the wool. Peach beads warm the ears and cheeks, and black beads mark the eyes and nose. You finish the front first, then join it to its back around the edge with a little batting inside. The sheep comes out soft and puffy, and the knotted cord legs swing below.

At five and a half inches long with its legs, the sheep is a playful size for a backpack or a tote.
